About
I am a clinical therapist licensed in the state of California. I am currently providing Telehealth therapy sessions to individuals ages 12 and over. I work with specialties of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and parenting skills. I also have past background experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and working in an inpatient substance abuse rehab. My approach is to client centered and to meet my clients where they are at. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused techniques, and psycho education to help clients feel empowered.
