Hello my name is Renee Bynum and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I provide online counseling for people who live in the state of California. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relational conflict, parenting, life transitions, and chemical dependence. Some of my specialized training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy skills training, Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and Seeking Safety. I know that life can be challenging and overwhelming. I can assist you in exploring your strengths in a non-judgmental environment to process those challenges using a variety of skills that are individualized to your specific needs.
