Together we will identify your negative beliefs about self, unpack the events around these beliefs & heal from them. Allowing you to show up as a more resilient version of yourself. I'm a therapist who will utilize E.M.D.R., inner child work, parts work, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy while pulling from a Psychodynamic modality with a Christian faith-based foundation, if desired, to achieve your goals.
